    3.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES OF THE GRAMMAR SCHOOL AT LEEDS (THE “SCHOOL”), IN PARTICULAR, BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, BY: 3.1.1 DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH SCHOOL; 3.1.2 ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES WHICH SUPPORT OR PROVIDE BENEFIT TO THE SCHOOL OR CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE OF PUPILS WHO ATTEND THE SCHOOL; AND 3.1.3 PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF ADDITIONAL OR IMPROVED FACILITIES AT THE SCHOOL AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CHARITY TRUSTEES.
