    (A) THE PROVISION OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR PERSONS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY MUSLIMS, AND ESPECIALLY WOMEN AND GIRLS, WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES THAT CATER TO RELIGIOUS AND CULTURAL SENSITIVITIES, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS; AND(B) THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROMOTING ACTIVITIES THAT FOSTER UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN PEOPLE FROM DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS, AND CULTIVATING A SENTIMENT IN FAVOUR OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY.
