Objectives

(IV) TO ADVANCE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.(V) TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIPS, BURSARIES, WELFARE GRANTS OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES.
