THE MATERNITYTEACHER PATERNITYTEACHER PROJECT 

The MTPT Project is the only organisation in the UK that is tackling the motherhood penalty in education. We provide teachers on maternity leave and teachers with young families with a supportive and empowering network and coaching programmes that helps them to manage the transition to motherhood and back to work.
