ARMED FORCES COMMUNITY SUPPORT HUB (DEVON) 

The Hub provides a medium to long-term person centered/solution focused service for injured Veterans to integrate into the civilian community upon discharge. We offer comprehensive support/signposting using diverse/trusted partners/providers promoting high levels of engagement, increased confidence, resilience, wellbeing, self-efficacy and the facilitation of skills transfer into the Community.
