FIRST STEPS ED 

First Steps ED is the Midlands eating disorders charity working further afield supporting people of all ages, genders and backgrounds. Becoming a Charitable Incorporated Organisation in 2019, previously a registered charity in 2007, founded in 2004. We are an evidence-based multi-disciplinary family focused trauma informed service providing hope, opportunities and choices to those in recovery.
