The project is aimed at older and isolated people who due to covid frailty and falls are not able or confident enough to leave their home. Northamptonshire Sport have recruited volunteers which we have trained up as Active Chatters. The ‘Active Chatter’ calls the older adult for a chat and talks them through some gentle seated exercises.
