(1) TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OF THOSE SEEKING ASYLUM AND THOSE GRANTED REFUGEE STATUS AND THEIR DEPENDANTS (BENEFICIARIES) IN PARTICULAR (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) BY PROVIDING LEGAL AND OTHER ADVICE AND SUPPORT;(2) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF BENEFICIARIES;(3) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF BENEFICIARIES IN ORDER TO HELP THEM TO ADAPT TO LIFE IN THEIR NEW COMMUNITY AND TO EQUIP THEM WITH THE SKILLS THEY NEED TO FIND EMPLOYMENT; AND(4) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
