TO PRESERVE AND MAINTAIN FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE EDWARD BARNSLEY ARCHIVE; 3. IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF SUCH PERSONS.
