(C) PROVIDING GRANTS TO STUDENTS STUDYING COURSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLE IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES (2) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS INCLUDING THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF GOOD HEALTH THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.(3) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION ANYWHERE IN ENGLAND AND WALES OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE, IN PARTICULAR BY PROMOTING THE ENJOYMENT OF LAND AND WOODLAND AS A PUBLIC AMENITY(4) THE PROVISION OF HOLIDAYS, HOLIDAY HOMES AND RELATED SERVICES TO PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, HEALTH, DISABILITY OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES, SO AS TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.(5) THE PROVISION, CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WOODLAND, FRESHWATER HABITATS, MEADOWS, FORESTS AND SUPPORTING RARE BREEDS AND ENDANGERED SPECIES) AND THE PROMOTION OF SUSTAINABLE LAND USE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC (SUSTAINABLE LAND USE MEANS USE THAT MEETS THE NEEDS OF THE PRESENT WITHOUT COMPROMISING THE ABILITY OF FUTURE GENERATIONS TO MEET THEIR OWN NEEDS.)(6) THE PROMOTION OF AGRICULTURE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.(7) SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS ARE CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES BOTH WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND AND ELSEWHERE THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.
