WELSH SINGERS SHOWCASE 

Welsh Singers Showcase organizes a classical singing competition which is held biennially at St. David's Hall in Cardiff. The event features four or five young singers, chosen following auditions, who perform with the BBC National Orchestra of Wales. The winner represents Wales in the BBC Cardiff Singer of the World the following year, and receives a cash prize, as do the other finalists.
