THE DAVID QUAYLE MEMORIAL TRUST

The David Quayle Memorial Trust was set up in memory of our son and brother David, who died from bowel cancer in May 2015, aged 41. It aims to support causes which were dear to David's heart, namely Scouting and the Macmillan centre at Leighton Hospital
Analysis by Giving is Great

Regulatory & Governance issues to consider:

  • This charity does not have a Conflict of Interests policy
  • The Board composition appears to be very static

Financial issues to consider:

  • A PartB annual return has not been required and so detailed financial information is not available from the online data
  • Spending has fallen significantly over the last 5 years relative to the previous period but has stabilised more recently
  • On several occasions in recent years income has been less than spending
