Objectives

The relief of persons who are Deaf, deafened, deafblind or hard of hearing who are resident in the counties of Leicestershire, Rutland, Oxfordshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands (“the area of primary benefit”) and England, Wales and Scotland (“the area of secondary benefit”) by improving the quality of life and relieving the needs of persons with all degrees of deafness, hearing loss or hearing related issues by providing items, support, activities or facilities in the interests of social welfare, designed to improve their condition of life.
