TAKE HEART ( DERBY) 

Conduct 2 monthly walks to cater for different abilities. Weekly private swims. A monthly talk from a variety of guest speakers. Hold monthly lunches at restaurants recommended by members. We hold two formal lunches per annum. Meet for coffee every month. Regular talks to heart patients and external organisations. All sessions are geared to social interaction. Produce monthly newsletter.
