    CHINESE FAMILY FOR CHRIST UK

Marriage Enrichment Retreat (MER) provides knowledge and skills training for married couples to enhance relationships. In 2021, all the planned basic MER1 and advanced MER2 were cancelled due to the pandemic. During 2021, the President and some Board members made use of virtual online marriage and family meetings to promote the MER courses and to keep in touch with MER couples.
    Analysis by Giving is Great

    Positives:

    • This charity has been very successful in attracting volunteers relative to its size
    • There have been no material income shortfalls in recent years

    Financial issues to consider:

    • A PartB annual return has not been required and so detailed financial information is not available from the online data
    • Spending has fallen significantly over the last 5 years relative to the previous period but has stabilised more recently
