PASTON HERITAGE SOCIETY LTD

Paston Heritage Society Ltd exists to educate the public about the Paston family and letters that are a major source of information about medieval life and politics by linking them to the landscape in which they lived. We hold exhibitions and re-enactments and school days. We work to repair and maintain St Margaret's church, Paston by raising public awareness of it's importance.

Regulatory & Governance issues to consider:

  • The Board is completely male
  • The Board has little diversity in terms of age
  • Latest return is overdue

Financial issues to consider:

  • A PartB annual return has not been required and so detailed financial information is not available from the online data
  • Latest accounts are overdue for filing
  • Income has been volatile recently and was significantly lower than spending in the latest year
