This is the continuation and development of a project by Pendle Women’s Forum in Nelson. It aims to enable local Asian women to participate in self development activities and improve their opportunities for education, training and employment. The project will continue careers guidance and counselling and will work with women to identify their skills and a career pathway. A job club will help women search for jobs, produce a CV, complete application forms and learn with interview skills.
