PROVIDING MOBILE PLAY FACILITIES TO VISIT TODDLER AND PARENT GROUPS IN SUITABLE LOCATIONS: AND3. OFFERING APPROPRIATE PLAY FACILITIES TO DEMONSTRATE THE VALUE AND IMPORTANCE OF GUIDED DEVELOPMENT OF BOTH CHILDREN AND THEIR PARENTS/CARERS BY INVOLVEMENT IN GROUP ACTIVITIES.
