TO ADVANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN PRIMARILY UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE BY:1. ENCOURAGING PARENTS AND CARERS LIVING IN ISOLATED OR DISADVANTAGED AREAS OF NORFOLK TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THE NEEDS OF THEIR CHILDREN THROUGH COMMUNITY GROUPS : AND2. PROVIDING MOBILE PLAY FACILITIES TO VISIT TODDLER AND PARENT GROUPS IN SUITABLE LOCATIONS: AND3. OFFERING APPROPRIATE PLAY FACILITIES TO DEMONSTRATE THE VALUE AND IMPORTANCE OF GUIDED DEVELOPMENT OF BOTH CHILDREN AND THEIR PARENTS/CARERS BY INVOLVEMENT IN GROUP ACTIVITIES.
