SOUTHALL HEALTH IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

Dr A.K Sandhu was presented Lifetime Achievement Award by South Asian Health Foundation team in Sept18 for services provided to the NHS and local Community. Dr Sandhu, Pioneer & Clinical Lead Trustee of SHIP continue to conduct community care Health Promotion raising awareness of diabetes and Heart stroke. She continues to attend religious locations to educate on healthier cooking and exercise.
