Objectives

(1) IN REPAYMENT TO THE BRECON COUNTY COUNCIL (OR ITS SUCCESSORS UNDER LOCAL GOVERNMENT REORGANISATIONS) OF THE AMOUNT OF DEBT WHICH IS CHARGED UPON THE SCHOOL PREMISES MENTIONED IN THE FIRST PART OF THE SCHEDULE TO THE SCHEME (2) SUBJECT TO THE AFORESAID, ONE-THIRD OF THE SAID INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED IN OR TOWARDS THE PAYMENT OF SALARIES OF THE TEACHERS IN THE PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FOR THE TIME BEING IN THE PARISH OF BUILTH (3) THE RESIDUE OF THE SAID INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED BY THE TRUSTEES IN THE MAINTENANCE OF EXHIBITIONS, EACH CONSISTING OF A PAYMENT EQUIVALENT TO THE TUITION FEES PAYABLE AT THE SCHOOL OR INSTITUTION AT WHICH IT IS HELD (SEE CLAUSE 19 OF THE SCHEME FOR MORE DETAIL).
