(b) The provision of equipment or grants for equipment and/or caring services to assist with the relief of sickness caused by Rheumatological problems, Arthritis and/or Cancer, such equipment or grants for equipment and/or caring services not normally being provided by the Local Health Authority. The above to be carried out in the areas covered by the NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board, namely:Borough of Allerdale, City of Carlisle, Borough of Copeland (partial), County of Durham, Borough of Darlington, District of Eden, Borough of Gateshead, Borough of Hartlepool, Borough of Middlesbrough, City of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Borough of North Tyneside, County of Northumberland, Borough of Redcar and Cleveland, Borough of South Tyneside, Borough of Stockton-on-Tees and City of Sunderland.
