THE TWINKLE TRUST

This is a small personal charity run by myself and wife. It chiefly gives grants to other small charities which myself and my wife like to support. It rarely gives grants to religious organisations/charities or animal charities.
Analysis by Giving is Great

Positives:

  • Spending has increased over the last 3 years relative to the previous period
  • There have been no material income shortfalls in recent years
  • A significant proportion of recent income was derived from major grant makers including the Government

Regulatory & Governance issues to consider:

  • This charity only provides its support via other charities
  • This charity does not have a Conflict of Interests policy

Financial issues to consider:

  • A PartB annual return has not been required and so detailed financial information is not available from the online data
