THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF CLASSES IN ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE, AFRICAN LANGUAGES, AND AFRICAN MUSIC, DANCE AND DRAMA CLASSES; 4. THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION AND ADVICE TO THOSE WHO ARE IN CHARITABLE NEED.
