This project will extend its outreach service for people with severe and enduring mental health concerns, providing advice on issues such as housing and debt management. The service provides support from specialist advisers in hospitals, care centres and in their own homes. The project will work with the clients who suffer illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar, severe depression and anxiety, and require continuous support, accompanied interviews and often home and hospital visits.
