    Objectives

    FIRSTLY AND PRIMARILY TO ASSIST FINANCIALLY THE PROMOTION CONTINUITY AND SUCCESS OF THE INTERNATIONAL YOUNG MUSICIANS' PLATFORM THE COMPETITION THAT IS HELD ANNUALLY AND FORMS PART OF THE BROMSGROVE FESTIVAL FOR MUSICIANS AGED 17-25 YEARS OF AGE PLAYING ANY INSTRUMENT BEING A VOCALIST HAVING OBTAINED A STANDARD THAT IS AT LEAST EQUIVALENT TO GRAND VIII DISTINCTION OF THE RECOGNISED EXAMINING BOARDS. SUCH FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SHOULD BE PROVIDED OUT OF THE ENDOWMENT TOWARDS PRIZE MONEY TO THE WINNERS OF THE COMPETITION TO INCLUDE GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE FEES INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) THE PAYMENT OF ADJUDICATORS' FEES, HIRE OF THE HALL, LEAFLET PRINTING ETC.SECONDLY, AND IN THE EVENT OF THE PRIMARY OBJECT FAILING FOR ANY REASON, THEN TO ASSIST AND ENCOURAGE YOUNG MUSICIANS GENERALLY IN THE ADVANCEMENT OF THEIR STUDIES IN INTENDED MUSICAL CAREERS BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE BY WAY OF GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS TO ASSIST OTHER CHARITIES WITH SIMILAR OBJECTS FOR THE ASSISTANCE AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF YOUNG MUSICIANS EVERYWHERE IN THE AREA OF THE UNITED KINGDOM.
