THE SOCIETY FOR COMPANION ANIMAL STUDIES LTD 

SCAS exists to enhance the quality of life of people and companion animals through the study of the human-animal bond. SCAS members are drawn from the health, social care, education and veterinary professions. SCAS uses a One Health approach - through multidisciplinary working utilising knowledge of the human-animal bond societal problems and animal welfare issues are addressed.
