    WARNEFORD CLERICAL TRUST 

    In accordance with the terms of the Foundation Deed dated 31st March 1862, the Trustees meet annually to distribute the income received from the Trust Funds by way of appropriate grants to Clergy within the present and ancient Diocese of Gloucester.
