(B) THE REHABILITATION OF SUCH PEOPLE. (C) THE RELIEF OF SUFFERING, PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND TACKLING OF ISSUES OF SOCIAL EXCLUSION FOR ANY SUCH PEOPLE AS ARE MENTIONED ABOVE BY THE PROVISION OF SERVICES INCLUDING COUNSELLING, ADVICE, MENTORING AND ADVOCACY.
