Vijaya was born and raised in Kathmandu. She has an extensive range of experience working with a variety of NGOs in Nepal including at board level. Vijaya now lives in Gloucestershire with her husband (a former Gurkha soldier) and her daughter.
Andy is an academic and has worked at the University of Birmingham for approaching 30 years. He teaches and researches in the areas of tax and personal finance in the UK and internationally. He is an ex-Dean of the Birmingham Business School and currently is Director of the research Centre on Household Assets and Savings Management (CHASM).
David is married to Ann and has three adult children and three grandchildren. He is now retired. He worked in Nepal for 27 years with UMN in various roles in the Education sector and in leadership.

Ian and his wife, Sally, worked in Nepal for 16 years with the United Mission to Nepal and the World Health Organisation, and subsequently at WHO HQ in Geneva for 18 years. They now live in the Yorkshire Dales and have two adult children, both adopted in Nepal. Ian continues to work with WHO on global health issues.
Rosie worked as part of the INF/UK fundraising team for more than five years, including six months spent in Nepal. She lives in Warwickshire and now works in business development for a women’s charity in Coventry.
Steve has worked for Tearfund since 2000, including a period as Tearfund’s Nepal Country Director during which he lived in Nepal with his wife and two children. Steve currently leads Tearfund’s Asia team, based here in the UK.
Michael has spent many years leading not-for-profit organisations and in Bible translation for those who don’t have the Bible. He has also over 25 years working in commerce and industry.

Objectives
