    1. To promote the benefit of young people of High School age in Gairloch and it's environs by associating the local authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance educatidn and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for young people in the area of benefit. 2. To develop the physical, mental and spiritual capacities of young people so that they may grow to maturity as individual persons taking a full part in life and society. and d 3. To secure the establishment, maintenance and management of cafe type facilities promoted by the Committee in fwtherance of the above objects or any of them.
