    Objectives

    The Trustees shall accept and hold the Trust Fund for the following purpose which is hereby declared to be to relieve poverty and distress to men, women and children of Romania by the provision of education, and of the means whereby they can improve their own prospects. The initial intention is to help children obtain a good education, but adults who wish to obtain further qualifications would also be eligible for assistance. It is further recognised that food and clothing may also be required to enable beneficiaries to take advantage of educational opportunities. The trustees are asked to write regular reports on the progress and achievements of the beneficiaries in order to ensure that help is going to those best able to take advantage of it.
