    Objectives

    that the whole funds of the William Adams Trust will now be applied to the following purposes:- (First) For and towards the maintenance, clothing and benefit of the orphan children of the members of Oakshaw Trinity Church. (Second) For and towards the maintenance, clothing and benefit of children of members of Oakshaw Trinity Church, whether orphans or not and who are, in the opinion of the Trustees, in need. (Third) For the maintenance, clothing and benefit of children who are members of Youth Organisations of Oakshaw Trinity Church and who are, in the opinion of the Trustees, in need. (Fourth) In the event of any part of the income of the Trust Funds in the hands of the Trustees not being required for the foregoing purposes the Trustees shall have the power, in their sole discretion, to make payments out of such surplus income whether of the current or of any previous year (a) to individuals or individual Youth Organisations for the provision of suitable equipment and for the promotion of their recreational, social and cultural activities, and (b) towards the maintenance , upkeep and improvement of halls of Oakshaw Trinity Church which are used by said Youth Organisation, or any of them, provided that the payments made in respect of any hall shall not exceed such proportion of the total sums expended on the maintenance, upkeep and improvement of that hall as, in the opinion of the Trustees, corresponds to the use made of the said hall by the said Youth Organisations in relation to the total use made of the hall. maximum text reached, further full information can be obtained directly from the Charity
