The Vision for Cheshire project will enable young people to be healthy and have the chance of achieving, having better opportunities and being a positive economic influence across the county. The project will build links with already established Youth Services, to provide support to young people who access youth centres during the evening, to provide specialist treatment and targeted group work, to reduce drug and alcohol use by young people and to prevent them from entering adult drug and alcohol services. The grant funding will be used to fund a part time worker for twelve months to support the service.
