    NORTHAMPTONSHIRE CHINESE EVANGELICAL CHURCH

    We are a Christian evangelical church. Our activities include Sunday worships, prayer meetings, fellowship, Sunday school, Bible studies. Everyone is welcome to take part in these activities. In addition, we will also establish an outreach programme to help the needful, particularly in Northamptonshire where our church is based.

    THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO ADVANCE CHRISTIANITY THROUGH PREACHING THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST, AFFIRMING THE DOCTRINE OF THE HOLY TRINITY AND THE APOSTLES? CREED, DEVELOPING BELIEVERS? SPIRITUALITY, AND OFFERING RELIGIOUS SERVICES AND WORSHIP SUCH AS PRAYER MEETINGS, SERMONS AND SACRAMENTS TO OUR CONGREGATION FOR THEM TO PUT THEIR FAITH INTO PRACTICE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
