The project will focus on women aged 35-65 from ethnically diverse backgrounds in Newham, Camden and Barnet. 7 x 1 hour long sessions will be delivered in each area. As well as activities focusing on physical health such as yoga, tai chi and dance, participants will also be educated on topics such as nutrition, relaxation and brain stimulation.
