There will be 4 sessions per week based at Keighley Cougars RLFC, which each session lasting 2 hours and the project will run initially for 16 weeks. Priority will be given to those young people identified by schools, social services and refereeing agencies most in need. Led by fully qualified positive role models who will help young people to improve and define their skills through structured sessions using a variety of sport led activity as the delivery tool. The programme will include a variety of activities such as fitness, personal challenges, online contests, problem solving games and those which support physical competence, and mindfulness. The emphasis of the programme will be on fun and wellbeing.

Objectives

4.
