The project will employ an additional staff member for 12 months to focus on providing a flexible mixture of face-to-face and telephone/online emotional support. They will also provide digital support to help meet the increased need for mental health provision advice and support resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic. £25919 will cover staff and costs. Mae Mind Abertawe wedi gweld cynnydd mawr gan bobl sy'n ceisio cymorth i reoli eu hiechyd meddwl ac osgoi argyfwng. Bydd y prosiect yn cyflogi aelod ychwanegol o staff am 12 mis i ganolbwyntio ar ddarparu cymysgedd hyblyg o gymorth emosiynol wyneb yn wyneb a ffôn/ar-lein.
