THE HENHAYES CENTRE 

Providing activities to keep the elderly fit, healthy & interacting with others, including our Tuesday Events, Knitting & Computers for stimulation, companionship & entertainment. PhysioFit, Yogo, Pilates & Keep Fit for health & wellbeing for the over 55's. We offer a freshly cooked meal on weekdays and run a Memory Group which provides a safe environment while providing respite for caregivers.
