This project will develop previous work to focus on emotion regulation and management of difficult feelings of young people in South London. It will deliver a course of flexible live and digital creative engagement and create a resource providing creative exercises for building emotional resilience working with a core group of 40 YP with addiction and mental health challenges. It will then support a further 20 people from groups who the core group have identified as needing mental health support. They will participate in three workshops led by core participants.

The aim of the project is to inform and educate young people from either perpetrating or accepting domestic and sexual violence addressing the lack of targeted provision for young people (aged 13-24). The project will work with 3,600 young people over three years to raise awareness of boundaries in healthy relationships and support them to break free from violent or abusive relationships.
