ALZHEIMER'S & DEMENTIA SUPPORT SERVICES 

We provide support and care services to help people affected by dementia to live the life they want, in and around North Kent. The services we provide are : Support at Home, The Beacon Day Support, information and guidance, Dementia Cafes, Peer Support Groups, Medway Hospital Dementia Buddies, Kent Dementia Helpline, and Singing Back the Memories.
