This will include two weekly dementia cafe groups, a monthly carer support group, two monthly tea dances and a dementia garden, as well as day trips and local visits. The funding will allow the group to purchase a mini bus to reach more isolated and lonely people, allowing them to take part in activities they otherwise would not be able to access.
