Streetlight UK provide specialist support for women across London, Surrey and Sussex. The frontline service works with women involved in all forms of sexual violence and exploitation, including those trafficked into sex work.
The charity provide pathways for women to exit sex work. These are aimed at tackling root causes including poverty, violence and isolation. They also offer support with mental health and addiction. In the last year, they engaged with 7,236 women and gave one-to-one specialist support to 537.
The Fore’s grant will drive the charity's work forward and enable them expand into new regions.

Streetlight is a frontline support service for those involved in prostitution who are at risk of sexual exploitation and trafficking including exit support and harm reduction advice. Its main objectives are to offer a non-judgemental and non-discriminatory confidential service to empower women to exit prostitution. Funding was provided towards core costs, in particular 62% of specialist administration support costs for 2017/18.
