Networking in East Oldham Neighbourhoods (NEON) is a community group network made up of community groups who work together to improve communities by provide services and activities to the East Oldham neighbourhoods, communities and residents. All the groups are not for profit, we give our time for free, raise funds for these activitiesNEON's home is the Old Housing office/East Oldham Town Hall
