These are funds we have built up over time to hold for a contingency fund to cover costs such as wages, emergency building work etc. We were lucky enough to have these to enable us to survive a pandemic, ensure staff did not miss out on wages during the furlough scheme and ensure we were able to adapt the building as required throughout the pandemic. We are still adding to this, as we want to be in a strong financial position to protect our building, our asset and our strong team of 13 staff.
