INCREASING OR CO-ORDINATING, OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS OF THE SOMALI COMMUNITY TO ENGAGE WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS TO ENABLE THOSE PROVIDERS TO ADAPT SERVICE ;3. PROVIDING EDUCATION AND INFORMATION TO SUPPORT AND ENABLE THE SOMALI COMMUNITY TO MAXIMISE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES;4.
