AS WELL AS TRAINING, WE WILL PROVIDE MENTORING AND GUIDANCE FOR THOSE RECEIVING TRAINING. THIS WILL INCLUDE SUPPORT TO EXIT GANG RELATED ACTIVITY BY E.G. GAINING WORK, USING TRAINING TO SET UP OWN BUSINESSES, USING THE MOBILITY FOR THE QUALIFICATION TO SUPPORT THE YOUNG WOMEN IN MOVING AWAY FROM PREVIOUS GANG CONTACTS.
