This project will seek to engage women and girls from ethnic minority communities through the provision of twice weekly two hour multi-sports activities. The aim is to target 200 women and girls (aged 14+) with the sessions including fitness, yoga, futsal, badminton, rounders, table tennis, hockey and netball. The sessions will run on a revolving basis with each activity provided fortnightly.

It will be delivered in a safe women-only space to empower and enable them to become independent and advocate for themselves, and their families. The project will provide a community wellness café, counselling sessions and workshops for women who have experienced trauma, resulting in poor self-esteem and mental well-being.
