TO PROVIDE OR OTHERWISE SUPPORT THE PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR DISABLED AND SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS, WHERE THE CHILD OR YOUNG PERSON IS ON THE ROLL OF A SCHOOL IN THE MAIDSTONE OR THE SURROUNDING AREAS AND IS UP TO AND INCLUDING 18 YEARS OLD, OR 19 YEARS OLD IF IN FULL TIME SECONDARY EDUCATION.THE ORGANISATION WILL BE DRIVEN BY THE PARENTS OF SAID CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, THESE COMPRISING BETWEEN 50% AND 70% OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
