M.O.A.T. will offer a programme of individual coaching sessions to those experiencing high levels of anxiety and stress, which may have increased due to the COVID 19 pandemic. The grant will be put towards the core costs of this new project. Coaching in anxiety management and trauma recovery will enable clients to manage their levels of anxiety better and improve their overall health and well being as a result. Sessions can be for 6 weeks, or for 12 weeks if trauma recovery is also required. We anticipate most clients, but not all, will sign up for both part 1 and part 2, We have, therefore, calculated our numbers on the 12 week option.
