Sue Young Cancer Support in Leicestershire and Rutland provides practical and emotional support to anyone affected by a cancer diagnosis in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Our services are available to cancer patients, their families and carers. Our support can last for many weeks, months or even years - as long as it is needed by the individual.

The group's services have evolved to include a variety of practical and emotional support for local cancer patients from the time a diagnosis is made. The organisation extends support in all services to family members and carers. Services offered have included community-based drop ins (Time Out Groups) befriending counselling complementary therapies exercise classes nutritionist advice solicitors surgeries support groups mindfulness health and wellbeing activities and meditation.
